Nature's Beauty. Coconut Oil.























Coconut oil is one of my recent obsessions. I use it for my hair, skin, and for cooking. Add a tablespoon to oatmeal instead of butter it's a delicious and healthy alternative.

Having lived in Sri Lanka for some years where coconut is part of a staple diet this needs a health warning. If you also eat the coconut roughage - then use the oil. Take the oil out from its context and you have a source of unhealthy high cholesterol inducing fat.
