From My Kitchen.

I tried this recipe of roasted chicken, pears, scallions and rosemary, tweaking it a bit. I added lots of garlic (a staple of nearly everything I cook in addition to olive oil) and small new potatoes. The pears really added a nice natural sweetness to the dish. The rosemary made the house smell as if it were Thanksgiving.
